Show Notes

It's no secret that technology has overtaken the lives of most people in modern society, but is this really the best path forward for humanity?

Does it enrich communities and cultures, or does it erode them?

As technologay continues to advance, do humans advance as well, or are we left in a neglected, apathetic state?

Is it optimal, or even healthy, for children to grow up technology addiction?

Guardian Grange is all about reconnecting as humans within our highest natural state, and in this episode founder, Mark "Matz" Matzeldelaflor, chats with Anya Pechko of Project Be to discuss community, social cohesion, and going back to our natural roots with a nurturing mindset and collective entreprenuership.

There is a big part of our society that is struggling, and humanity needs to be nurture at the moment. Anya and Mark's visions align in that they both feel its part of our human duties to help when we identify ways to be of service.

We all could use more connection...

We should work to improve ourselves and set good examples for younger generations who are learning how to be in this world.

The media is sick and filled with divisive content and corporate propaganda, and nothing seems to be changing for the better from within the system. Therefore it is up to us to step up and build parallel structures that focus on the nourishment of family, community and living in balance with the natural blessings of this earth.

We cover a lot in this conversation, but it can all be summed up with shifting the focus of humanity to get back to reality and value nature.

Speaker 0 00:00:01 What's up friends and fellow humans, mark Matzel day floor here with another guardian GRGE podcast. This one is going be speaking with founder of project BCO. And we talk about some of work, which is helping people detach from technology and getting back to our real lives, which is somewhat ironic seeing as how we're pushing this stuff out over technology platforms and social media, but we're dealing with the modern world and we're using these tools to put out good information at the end of the day. So it's gonna be an interesting episode. Talk about the effects of screen time on child's eyes and mind, fast talking narcissistic values versus community values, isolation versus teamwork, mentality, psychoactive therapy, time blocking and on and on. So before I keep rambling, we're just gonna go ahead and get into it. But before we do that, just wanna give a shout out to the sponsor of this episode, Dr. Honors, we purist all fair trade ingredients. Regeneratively organic certified soap and natural products. So go check out Dr. Broner dot and let's get it Speaker 1 00:01:41 Welcome. Is that how you am I saying that? Speaker 2 00:02:06 I, my parents freedom, freedom of speech freedom Speaker 1 00:02:49 And the lose sight of the value of freedom. Um, even though, you know, not saying everything's perfect anywhere, but there's definitely a lot of benefit to where, so when you came here, Speaker 2 00:03:37 Um, I think childhood, I think the same Speaker 1 00:04:01 Around that Speaker 2 00:04:04 Same kinda huge experiencing and the importance, um, of, of time, right? How much time we, our lives people, um, to technology that the only option in, I know all of and our have that type of connection was really great. So the, and what I call technology and, you know, it's very people in my space, people in digital wellness, don't like to use these words, but that really that's what it's right. We're like, there's a big, <affirmative> our social relationships, our real social relationships, how much they have suffered. Cause the cause. Cause Speaker 1 00:06:46 Yeah, I mean, that's, I'm board with that definitely. Uh, the speed of information and also like highly emotionally charged things, whether that's just like marketing to get someone to like seek some pleasurable negative's in success, technology and overload check out real life and they're checked into whatever the technology platform is. It really doesn't matter. It's all the same stuff. And it's content even has become shorter and shorter and shorter. Like now it's, you know, if you're not capturing someone's attention, like 30 seconds or even less like, or something they're just consuming stuff and it's fragment cohesive sword as a, I mean, I wouldn't say a society, but like a, the world for the most, a lot of the world is addicted to technology because what it offers does offer like the ability to, but we're not used to having, it's like fast food for conversations. Speaker 1 00:08:20 So you get a lot of it. You can eat a lot, talk a lot about what they're being fed from the technology. And at the end of the day, like the local community connections, which is what brain is all about is getting divided and dissolved and there's less and less and less of it. Um, time I'm around like a fire or something with friends. It, the point always comes up like, man, this is so relaxing and cool and more of this and every single human being has that go back to people sitting around the, and it's been replaced from the, this little that's artificial and all these stories and contrast like around stories so much more holistic. Like you can people's um, traumas can be, you know, expressed in that where's, you know, it's a weird, um, dichotomy there. So yeah, really Speaker 2 00:10:00 I'm really you. One of the I've meditating narciss such in I, um, solitary confinement is the worst punishment for ourselves. It's, you know, our brains are not men multitask at all. So the only thing we can multitask biological function, I'm I'm at the same also, uh, the distract lines, right? Because that's co thinking empower ability to be mindful and slow enough to get the data by ourselves now, you know, so it's a, it's, it's an issue. It's bigger cortex. Our, our, the, so it's, it's just, they're too young and the brain thinks really too fast. That's the most describe it's seeing you've podcast. And I, so there's a moment to be able to, um, understand the information process. So there's like this whole way, which slowly not the way to, and I, the perfect storm, there are other things. And so one of the, try to personally address one of the podcast, just like, OK, what can I do really fast? And so I think that we really, the world, if we help communities in communities where this, for people that are interested in they'll have there, there are T in our communities, there are veterans that need help disabled, uh, important things to do, um, is try to disconnect with how much time we on our phones. Right. So I like right now, I'm I where my phone is don't I really mindfully have, have a phone. Speaker 1 00:15:52 Yeah. I think that's great advice. I'm definitely guilty of taking my phone, the bathroom, you knows, said, that's like signs that you have some kinda addiction to something, right? Like if you're taking the use of that is important. Cause its, it does have an empowering can have an empowering effect, but we've been, it used is um, disempower really it's disempowering from people used to like even the most advanced ways, which you know, um, there's a pro and con there, but the science of marketing has gotten so crazy, like precise that people really don't a, if don't know what's going on, when they're consuming a piece of content and they're sucked and fragmented away. And I think you talked about the fast talk and space in talking, um, it, I would, I would guess, cause I go of definitely guess that's so much information is flying by. And so you're trying to like get your information in on that, on that screen or that recording. So feels like they're in the rush and also mentioned children's eyes on the screen and daughters 12 soak the, uh, the visual stimulus around. And even if there's not much going on the room, there's a lot of stuff to look at, shape colors Speaker 2 00:17:57 Intelligent. And so I it's what you were saying, right? The, a way out here, cause the, the marketing and the technology, that's where there's huge. Um, and we see that young strength properly things that they love. And so a lot of the work I do work really care about children. So really I'm watching and observing and they'll do, and they'll how you act. And so, you know, that's kinda some of the, Speaker 1 00:20:48 Yeah, that's awesome. I think that's ex that's extremely, um, important work and definitely counter to like where humans are being pushed and towards, by marketing a lot, a lot of that energy because there's, it's very profitable for people to push content through digital. Um, so it's kinda like it's a bit of irony, but not really, um, that we're technology to get there're I like guiding people away from technology and back into I just up getting back to reality and it's very difficult, especially for organization and you reach feels like reaching into the matrix to pull people to look at reality, but you have step in there to begin with. So it's, um, it's a lot, it's a, it's a big Speaker 2 00:22:00 Chaotic's we're really advanced biological system student asked the evolution become civilized when we're finding people with huge humor, right? So you were alone before were without a tribe. You food run. And so when we started seeing that's, when we realized that broke that's, that's where I need humans, other humans to be healthy and how we used to raise our children and our families. It was all through, you know, it takes a village, right? It was, you know, we had very roles even now, you know, I'm yang within that, there was this kinda connected social tribe ways in which we live and care of our elder, we human that of go back. And so this basic mode, you know, connection. And so its marketing about, I nurturing for, we know the difference between, you know, right. It's it's you can't grow farmers. It, it, it smell 30 for bread and cheese. Right? Now's so these little things it to resonate with so's I'm the, the send your kids outside to play with other kids during, um, a little bit where I now, which in south moved Hoopes Speaker 1 00:27:21 It was pretty, it was pretty insane. Like they tried to shut down, literally nature in the world, Speaker 2 00:27:29 The Speaker 1 00:27:34 All sedentary existence, anything Speaker 2 00:27:48 Into vitamin putting inf ate. It's like, there's so much healing in that. Um, but that's not where we're, you know, that's not where something wants to. Right. Speaker 1 00:28:15 We industrialized very, a very giving, um, beautiful, uh, biological technology, if you wanna call it technology control. And so, so many ways, but they really can't and cause they can't do it, then they try to separate and then give us an artificial kinda version. And that's what I look at. Even like the word civilization, like to me, civilization is an extraction of community and uh, rebranding of it and saying like, oh, well we're all this one civilization. Well that discounts and diminishes the communities and the individuals who have actual physical bonds and relationships. And I think, you know, the ideal size for a village they say is about a 50 people where you could actually know everyone of those people. And outside of that, you're getting to, um, we don't have the relationships as, as, as strong in, in the, it's a big problem because people have their kind of communities extended where maybe they're with like-minded people, but they're very far away. So in their local lives for a lot of people other than like social interactions that maybe, um, there's no actual community there, or if people are going town hall or some kinda hijacked Speaker 2 00:30:19 Our own backyards over connection, that's Brun Brun. And I, I mean, if you wanna check your, we listen to really bring their senses. And so I think so I like to conversate has on, is interesting and most know at computers, people have to go back to work. I think home go away. Cause I think that's, and you know, I really understand, I really understand all the people anymore as if, and I think that we have younger generation there's I did learned that like, wow, that's, I've never heard of that. Like trader. So there's this whole disconnect that you so much with my phone I wouldn't seen. So if you, and Speaker 1 00:35:26 Yeah, it's, it's, it's you're right on. And it's part of the process is just getting people to, to see it. Cause it's, uh, there's a distraction going on. So people are, their focus is elsewhere or their is divided, you know, it's presented as some kinda answer or solution like, oh, we're all coming together to work for the world. But what that does is diminish the individual and the community and create this kinda, um, socalled greater good. That is no one's really actually associated with beyond like a very small number of people who are creating the messaging and selling it to everyone in a, and it creates like a very material kinda Edy that are, that I say, or the antidote to that is localism like extreme, localized focus, paying attention to, yeah. How healthy is your soil? What's your environment doing? Who are your neighbors and how are doing what's going on? Speaker 1 00:36:50 Some, the world that you never been, or you wouldn't know about if wasn't in of your face and that is what's really pulling apart. Cause now people are, are arguing about things that have nothing to do with where we're at or what we're doing. So the conversations, the, that the human being is down to ass to say a little snippet and that's, and that'd that trying to like grasp and, and, and, and remedy in so many ways. I think a lot of people are trying, it's all attempt to heal for the most part, um, from something, but they, a lot of people can't put their finger on exactly what the issue is. And so when something's presented as, oh, here's the issue over here and they just, the flames and people cheer it because it's like the whole mob mentality get pitch and the torches, that's the, that's the, that's the thing. That's the thought, that's the, that's the, that needs to be, um, removed, silenced, Orion, whatever. And it's not a, it's a very chaotic way to, to go through. And it makes anxiety medication and all these things. Speaker 1 00:38:34 If the, if these, if these, those that really inception there a certain kind, um, substances or whatever, it's not working. And, and before those things came onto the scene and before technology came onto the scene, families, communities were generally healthier. Some of those communities don't even exist to this day because they were so, um, diluted and dissolved and wiped out some hanging on by a thread and others are, you know, fighting just to, they've been for hundred thousand or more years. And this machinery has compassion for any of it. It's not, it's not bringing focus or attention or compassion or care to the community or to the individual. It's saying a lot of words like going back to the globalized world, like gonna save the whole planet by ignoring every individual and every community and falling in line with like one message that comes from one group, you know, which is, which is controlling the narrative. Speaker 1 00:40:03 And that is, it's always dangerous because that one group, even with the best of intentions, doesn't know what's best for, you know, a community, right? Like if, if you're in, if you're in your town, no one in, in Indiana or something, no one in Washington is gonna tell you what needs to happen in that town like you already know is supposed to happen. And so it all comes down to us, you know, we're, we're the ones have to awaken within our own community to do the work that needs to done and not outsource it and depend on, or like, you're not gonna vote for him. The leaders are yourself, standing, doing little tasks, dirty. Speaker 1 00:41:10 Cooking's actually heroics the very prop, very well marketed storylines of like, here's this one person. And all these people are following along with what this person has to say. And therefore they're the hero's going on is people are following idols at the end of the day, instead of, um, taking ownership and accountability and responsibility to, um, realize who we are and what we're doing here. And I like to say this all the time, like a bear has its function in the wild, just like a Fox does. And the bird does. And the bear isn't, you know, in Russia thinking about what the bears in, you know, New Hampshire are doing, because it has no effect on the, the bear knows is very wise, it's they in all the animals are because they're paying attention to their local environment and their community. And that's how humans should be as well. It's how we're naturally designed to be. Um, in our role in nature is to be good stewards of the land to see like, oh, there's a, there's maybe catastrophe or deficiency, and we can some soil over here and we can move some animals in this direction and build that soil very rich and nourishing like you forest and you moist growing from to, and it's Speaker 2 00:42:56 Girl's house's. And she had mentioned that were, you know, were mentioned. I said, of my neighbors have cleanings somewhere. Why, why do the leaves have to go somewhere? Why can fertilizer for the I'm from a, I was raised co marketplace through, you know, shortage the, in your we're in and what we value. Right. It's very important for them. It's, that's a psychologist. He's very olds era of ed management, which other children teach. So there's this whole, which is I don't get a lot of faith in our leadership right now at the moment country. And I thought he was gonna really hurt. And I, for and pharmaceutical companies, it's just not coming. People want help. And they want something to change. They themselves, you know, a Russian writer, there's this quote, everybody wants, wants to change themselves. If people wanna world a better place right now, starting tomorrow, go and volunteering and assure you there's volunteer. I'm I'm, it's local organization where kids that illiterate first, second, and third impoverished communi that are, you know, it's really, really I've that's people. And then people can help on, we forgotten how to do that. We've forgotten tell stories, and these moments of what we have right, for, for tool life is happening around us. I lost, I am and I'm would be, you know, should responsible for, um, lifting. Speaker 2 00:49:51 I say that, cause I've been so lonely here Speaker 1 00:50:12 Are talking about the traumatized state that everyone's living in right now. Speaker 2 00:50:18 Um, what's, that's, um, that's a tough one is set. Like, you know, this, I think what's happening right now is just people. So I think it's so tools that I can give to people. Um, I think disconnecting from technology is very important. That's my one. Although I think most people say that is very important. Excellent. Addition to technology becomes really important because kinda circadian circadian, and I'm not talking, people have to go exercise an hour and half and Speaker 1 00:51:46 It's, it's not here too. The mornings are beautiful and less, uh, act less like chaotic activity. Although very common to, Speaker 2 00:51:57 I think it's, you know, that in the tools that are so available and there's a, and my, you knows obviously has Ukraine, but it's affecting my step, the useless content. Um, so just, and that's only TikTok PM. There's children's TikTok. There's no, there's no challenges that's for I, and so Instagram is trying download your, and then phone iOS to the next version. There's a why this is, but they all have their ID. Right. So, and, and you have to, you know, I haven't said anything so I've Speaker 1 00:56:42 Expert, um, Speaker 2 00:57:02 Can be creative creativity and really important, I think helps you to be focused and concentrate on things. Mind, I find that fascinating and they say read is so it's Speaker 1 00:58:25 And, uh, it's, it's, it's definitely interesting to see what they've taken outta schools. Like, especially when you get into like mechanics, home of creative, um, it's a creative learning creation and learning at the same time, which is a whole different type of education than getting told a certain way in regurgitating multiple choice answers. It doesn't, that's not where intelligence comes from. If you use, use that word, um, or wisdom as I like to contrast it with, um, it's just you, you're creating a machinery. And again, going back to the Twitter little snippets, that's really what the, the machine wants more machines, but I've used, Speaker 2 00:59:38 You know, I think most, most people that together, Speaker 1 01:00:00 Uh, you mentioned the space or the B board. Um, I, you know, I never get bored just cause I'm like, when there's nothing to do it, just creativity flows. Like if I wake up at 3:00 AM, there's usually something flowing out. Or if I'm walking, you know, absorbing of, and yeah, like turning on faucet, creativity just flows out at least of find myself having to learn different different technologies and navigate them just to get the message out to people back from it is, I guess one of burdens, the S allows you a perspective to, to, um, to be more present and to recognize the sacrifice being made and sacrifice is very important to understand. Cause if you're not, if you're not suffering intentionally or consciously, you're suffering unconsciously, and we can just, we can just look around and see that is the case. You know, if you put yourself like with, uh, use sweat lodges, and that's like a conscious version of suffering, it's good, it's healthy, but it's still like, there's there's and it's helping you become very present. And when you do that, you're less likely to go out and seek your suffering unconsciously in other ways. Cause you've already went through it. Now you have that gratitude, um, perspective. It's kinda like you crawl through the, to get to the, of peak and you get awesome view. But if people just kinda lived on a plateau and never kinda people, they lacking gratitude and for, Speaker 2 01:02:38 You know, feel the, so I like automatically what resonated with which is Russian's Russian's mechanism, virtues of the trees, right? Cause the trees have all this and then you Russia, we run and into the temperature right. Run. But it's also, it gets rid toxin kinda heart beating. And I think so I, so primarily ketamine therapy and I, one of the things that I is I have for that's, um, while you shoulder pain, right. Or substances or technology, and then, you know, whatever just said my system, but it also suffering that nature, um, through connection and through really making different life choices and, and that's painful, right. To make it's really, really hard and Speaker 1 01:06:16 Show up, especially when it's they're ceremonies. And we use mushrooms in there sometimes and very large doses, and that is, um, definitely can get uncomfortable, you know, cause you're, you're in the depth of your own, uh, self and you're, you're everything seeing stuff, you know? So all of everything gets very loud in there. Um, and clear, and that process is healing just as if you had, you know, if you had a, a wound on your leg and that was causing you harm, if you never looked at it and you just let it be, it's gonna fester and something worse, whereas you actually face it. Maybe you scrub it, you clean that wound. It can actually heal. And that is, that is the process of healing. Healing is painful. And that's why the, the quote medicines that they offer a lot, just mask the symptoms in create the illusion of healing, because now you're no longer feeling the pain, but by not feeling the pain, you're also not going through the healing process. Speaker 1 01:07:42 And then you're stuck in this loop where you're just masking symptoms and that's for psychological, emotional, spiritual, physical traumas. This is tends to be like what Western apathic offers to peoples like, oh, youre feeling uncomfortable. We need to get you to feel homeopathic approaches. Well, if you'd that's splinter in, like the other statement is if you're going through hell on going, you know, going stop or turn around, you're gonna in hell a longer. So is redemption. There is another side, but it does take work. Honesty, humility, integrity to show up and to be present and to face, you know, yourself. And to actually recognize like, oh, you know what? I need to improve this portion of my life. Maybe I haven't been taking care of myself so, well, maybe I haven't, maybe I've been a little bit too short with people. Maybe, you know, maybe, uh, I get in road rage on the highway and I, that's not a healthy thing used to years and used road rage. And one day just became like aware of it. The fact literally, just to am I like, it's just really dumb. I don't need like, there's no point in being it. So it didn't, you know, being, I was to like, didn't I did the same, you know, I'm way the, on that. Speaker 1 01:09:49 Or when I was watching the fuck, this shit over it, like just turned Speaker 2 01:10:15 And so horrific nightmare, you know, I'm you, I, I have these power to help people meeting incredible. People are very things. Andre really Al and, and you know, but that's the world we live, right. We live in Instagram where I'm oh my that's that the norm. And so I think we have, look that and the I not, then he runs neurosciences. So like, it's not, it's not, oh my, this it's just, that's what its, and if you a lot, it it's. So a lot people know authors that say you, then I think I feel better where if ketamine ketamine she's transmitter that at those serotonin stops, right? So the system one is to the other, the is not the nourish it's to basics. I'm saying it's like, it's revolutionize this new method of it's just human it's it's teaching of the things I say all the time to people today. They're like, you're, Speaker 1 01:15:13 It's, definitely's over. They they're punished for trying to be nice. And then they stop being nice. And that, that this is frequency takes just sweeps across. And now it's like one person's mad. So they're mad to someone or they're they're off. And just, it's a domino effect. But the, the same, if you're, you know, from harmonious F positivity, positivity to help or just offering to be, or just being present for someone that that itself is healing. Because then that starts to spread people question, you know, well, why is, you know, this person can be nice. I could be nice too, or you right. Honest is words kind get tripped up. Cause niceness without honesty. Isn't actually very nice. But, um, you can do both, you know, you do both. And part of what I like to say is if you've got among people, respect, humility, gratitude, it's pretty much, you know, it's, you're carrying yourself with honor that you're gonna heal yourself. Speaker 1 01:17:00 You're gonna reflect positively on yourself and people will, will see that and experience that. And it'll it'll spread. And if you have a community could be 10 people and everyone's themselves with respect and struggle. Some trauma know that's that's. I take a lot from whether it's ceremony, whether it's my time in the teams we go through, I've been through a lot of suffering, um, intentional, but I'd call it positive suffering where you're seeing other people suffering with you and you're just driving forward and staying present. And that helps you. You're in, you call it like a negative suffering where you didn't there. Some, you know, some, some what you with more presence. It's not like, you know, in the west, they're trying to like sell desensitization to where like, oh, if you wanna feel good, then don't feel bad. As opposed to like, no, if you're feeling bad, then feel bad and recognize why you're feeling bad and acknowledge what you need to change. Communicate the ease into it, or remove the tension. And you can feel what that is. And that's the same for like anger, depression, anxiety. These are all normal, normal things to in certain. Speaker 2 01:19:03 So I there's, I lost my friend on Saturday. I've cried every day. Since including today. It's I'm, there's can't I don't to where we're supposed to be all time. People not it's real. And another thing that is, so that's where this, that until you sit down at the, or you take the, so school, not the school did not live where this height, Speaker 1 01:20:41 Attic game of Simon, where people are forced to do things that don't make sense and then pretend that they make so it's of, I call it Stockholm syndrome, Speaker 2 01:20:54 Really, you know, it's like, it's humidity's and he's breathing this, you know, and I just, the that's now figure out how to mask sad. I make no, but I'm like, man here. Speaker 1 01:22:14 Yeah. It's C's solitary confinement, right? Like through the world from it. Its very, it's very sad. You know, I look at when I see it, um it's yeah. It makes me, it makes me feel a little bit sad, you know, because there the, the level of deception that went on to get people to be that that point in their life and many people are of the mind that they will always do that from now on because they have, they were trained just like a child. You walk outside without a mask, you human being disharmonious thought virus, which is where the real virus is, is in the mind. Right. People cannot acknowledge another human being for their own of dying, which is actually hole feared are actually their partners. They're not really different dying. Speaker 1 01:23:43 I never just from the nature of the work that I did, you know, and people, you know, veterans would go out or um, and, and even before, even before then, I always had a natural understanding of death where it's a, it's a, it's a part of life. It's a cycle. So I never, obviously didn't want to die, but I didn't have like this exactly. Didn't this when the moment, every moment alive is a beautiful gift. Even the moments that moments, it's moments, moments, I'm I choose to reflect on how grateful I am to have had the experience for the perspective it gives me. So now I can, for instance, relate to someone else in a similar situation when they're going through it and I can offer, you know, it's like hiking through a trail and you see someone they're kind of lost. And you say like, Hey, you know, if you go left, you know, here's what you can expect that road, if you right's what you expect that a navigate or anxiety like sacraments, um, or just community coming together, hiking down, hiking through a trail, restoring some part of the environment, you know, moving rocks and doing, doing some kind of positive work. Speaker 1 01:25:40 You know, the someone said that I like, uh, life is giving, you know, if, if your life and if you're always giving, then you're living. And if you giving that's, that's dying, you're being, whether it's, you know, covering in a mask, hiding like the dying process that people are trying to avoid is already underway. You know? Cause another way I look at death is like, life is moving its emotion, your cells, your, your body, yours, your heart everything's moving is the cessation of the movement. Right? One of the, one of the components of physical body stops. Um, and so moving motion, breathing, communication, interaction that is living. You look at a bird, the bird doing, flying around, going flowers, you know, checking things out, looking around singing songs. That's what life is. Life is not isolate, hide in a mask don't that we have even though for sure there's that's secret. But at the, of the day, if you're Speaker 2 01:27:24 I of my friends and since my friend and somebody who just I'm, you know, I think he's in a lot of trouble. Um, you knows this. She says sobriety and then was alone. It so much itself. And then they built rat city where there's a lot of rats and there's so the rats take themselves are that I talk about the importance of these, the anything in the computer gives there's build empower. Speaker 1 01:31:03 Yeah, no, I think that's honestly, it's the only, the only way that I see it is, is people have to get back to community. Familial connections, heal the individual, you know, to the world and focus on local environment, which is why guardian is the way that it is set up this way. Um, because things have things drifted away from that. Things used to people used to behave and act in that way locally, we didn't have access to know what's going on all over the place. And we still don't actually, we still don't know what's going on all over the place. We just know what's being told about certain specific places, but there's, as far as the whole world goes, there's a lot of places that no one's paying attention to right now. And Speaker 2 01:31:55 That, Speaker 1 01:31:56 That diminishes everyone in those places because they're like, oh, they're talking about X, Y, and Z place. This topic, that topic that doesn't relate to me, and it's all blasted over this, whatever television entertainment's, the it's it's fake and everything that I push myself into. And the people is more checked reality at the deepest level to address the issues that, to bring positivity towards transforming those things. But to also be real about like, you're these problem issues need to be addressed, exist, outcome we're experiencing. Right. So, um, yeah, I think it's very important to focus on very simple things. Like we've been saying over and over again, and it's important. Say over and over again, it's very easy for people to leave this conversation. Messages, be popping, applications, emails, whatever I've been, um, notoriously, not looking at my email for a long time. So I things and follow up. And it's a lot, it's a lot of, um, there's a lot of spinning in this world. That is, that is where Speaker 2 01:33:59 Follow up email most of the time when it's not the same across the sounds like alcohol and drug addiction, drug addiction, your ultimate goal is abstinence. Um, but you can't do that. Orain from Orain from technology's difference S a wine out thing, as you know, you know, the, and, um, and if there's anything urgent into stores and I just need here. So my, it really impacted me in a very, very negative way. And that's why my important way of communicating this is like the language the I is not social's antisocial. There's social's in the Speaker 1 01:37:35 That's is that is, that is, uh, that is a lot of what its, and you know, if was in a state, it could be a beautiful, I remember I started on I all, I would take random picture of, you know, just things like nature leaves, things that had no meaning. And then it slowly or not, no meaning had meaning just by of, and I has to from sharing photo to sharing memes and um, Speaker 2 01:38:33 To my background, you used to be and what it's for, now's really different. And it's pushing people like all these new behaviors boasting, and there's this phenomenal you, uh, team showing up and not liking my first. I have never heard of this, but this is, this is crazy UN Speaker 1 01:39:56 Um, it's a, it's a SI it's a symptom of it's a symptom of sickness. Cause I think a lot of people, number one, aren't pursuing any kind passion or living with some purpose to their life. And so it's become very bland and gray and all the color has been sucked out, like for a lot of people, which is another reason why people go into certain drugs and drinking, um, to escape reality, or to try to escape reality, which I always say like you can't escape. Reality's always gonna be there when you down from the reality is always gonna here. Speaker 2 01:40:38 You, I know right now, you know, everybody hates Russian people, which is really hard cause I'm not at all responsible for what's right. Now's tremendous where to me to, I love I'm. So to think, and I think being grateful, um, or first of all, the, that you know that, so I think that becomes really important. You live in America right now, anywhere this moment can make experience help, but it's, it's a possibility live in C that's this all. Um, and so I think for that powerful, we can Speaker 1 01:42:59 Absolutely yes, it is showing up and doing the work and we're, you know, for all the, for all the, the, the faults, there's many blessings of being able to number one, have a voice that doesn't get stomped out immediately or silenced, even though that's becoming become more of a thing over the years, but you still have at the end of the day, the, um, the ability to, to express yourself freely and communities have the ability to, um, exist and provide the connection that the, the, the system or the, the civilization, which I like to call uncivil has created and set up because the ultimate power of humans is connect connectivity, the ability to connect and to communicate and to share ideas and to have a conversation and to disagree without, you know, um, disrupting devolving into war. I mean, I'm to war warrior, but I don't Lu it. Speaker 1 01:44:10 I don't want it. I, I don't, um, think that it's unnecessary thing. Um, it's, it's a, it's a thing that results from egos, having a conflict with the nature of reality at the end of the day, wanting to exert control and force over whether that's nature, other human beings, which are also nature higher, the higher power, highest egomania that's enterprise or government, the, the archetype is the same where it's pursuit of power at all costs or wealth or whatever, whatever, whatever concept people are chasing that isn't just a humble perspective of reality. And the, that we're one person among many people and the world isn't revolving around us. You know, we're, we're here to contribute and to make this place as awesome as it can be in anything that's deviated from. That is what I like. I call it just a confusion, because if someone wants to, you know, create chaos or trauma, then that person, the nice way can put it is confused. Speaker 1 01:45:34 Right? And, and I think that's honestly the most, it's the most true way of putting it is there's a confusion because when you get to the core of, of a, of any human being, we all know what is right or good versus what is wrong. We know what it's like to harm someone or to be harmed. And we don't, we don't, um, we don't like to be harmed ourselves. So therefore, if we're doing it to another person, we know what, it's the, um, grateful way of existing with honor. Then a lot of the traumas would cease, even, even someone from a, from a, from a space of severe trauma may pass that. But in reflection we can say, no, if I want trauma at the end, I can't now create my own brand of trauma to try to get back at somebody or whatever the group, whatever it, um, growing. That's why guardians in the growing and nurturing life, the entire long was in a circle. And the only way to, to change that is to break the circle. Now you're evolving instead of evolving, John had a good, um, quote about that. Where was something to the effect? You know, there's, there's no revolutionary solutions, evolution solutions' change the existing paradigm by fighting against it, by creating. Speaker 2 01:47:32 Yeah, Speaker 1 01:47:34 That's really, that's philosophy, least. That's where my, that resonate to get massive, positive transformation going in my own way. And I know there's other people doing it. You're doing people doing, I there's this collective evolution that's going on and people are taking their perspective. And, and that's a beautiful thing to see from all the chaos, all the chaos, or amids all the chaos. There is coherent of consciousness that is, Speaker 2 01:48:29 I dunno, it's energy or the higher calling or the mutual interest, but, you know, I think that's how the world will become healthier by this local effort. Speaker 1 01:48:43 I agree. I agree. And, uh, I really appreciate the time I'd like to do another one sometime, you know, we can expand cause there's a lot of topics that we covered and, um, yeah, could on some kinda project for veterans in the, Speaker 2 01:49:11 The Speaker 1 01:49:32 Thank you.
